The Ohio Personal Injury Attorneys At Wright & Schulte LLC Have Secured A Confidential Settlement For A Woman Who Was Allegedly Injured In An Ohio Auto Accident When A Driver Failed To Yield At An Ohio Intersection.
According to investigations by Wright & Schulte LLC, conducted on behalf of the auto accident victim, a driver allegedly failed to yield at the intersection of Lytle 5-Points and Kenrick Road ultimately colliding with the victims vehicle. Medics transported the accident victim to a local emergency room with complaints of head, neck, right hand, and right knee pain.
Examinations revealed the Ohio auto accident victim was suffering from cystic change in the right femoral head, a cervical and thoracic strain, and right lower extremity contusion. Follow up examinations with her family physician revealed tenderness to her trapezius region and occipital ridge, bruising to the neck, left arm, and right knee, decreased range of motion, and spasm of the cervical muscles. For these injuries, the victim was referred to physical therapy.
The woman continued to experience pain and tingling shooting down her arms and was given an MRI, which showed straightening of the cervical spine with disc dessication at C4-5 and C5-6. The victim also suffered a C4-5 disc bulge with right parasagittal disc protrusion effacing the ventral cord, C5-6 disc bulge with right paracentral protrusion with bilateral neural frontal narrowing, and C6-7 disc bulge with severe right neural foramen narrowing. She was also diagnosed with a disc herniation to the right paracentral C5-6 and C4-5.
The Ohio auto accident victim continued to suffer from decreased flexibility, joint mobility which was preventing her from being able to perform her daily activities including work. She was again referred to physical therapy to treat her upper extremity weakness and loss of range of motion.
Due to her injuries, the victim’s life was disrupted; she missed work, lost wages, and incurred medical expenses, as well as suffered pain and anguish. For her injuries, expenses, and pain, Wright & Schulte LLC was able to secure compensation so that she could focus on moving past her injuries.
