Michael L. Wright is a seasoned attorney who advocates for plaintiffs in various personal injury matters. Michael was admitted to practice law in 1997 and serves clients throughout the Dayton area. He has a reputation for skilled representation in civil rights, product liability, and medical malpractice legal matters. Michael is active in multiple organizations including the Ohio Association of Justice, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Dayton Bar Association, Thurgood Marshall Law Society, the African American Chamber of Commerce, and the American Trial Lawyers Association, where he was selected in 2009 through 2020 as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers. He is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the country. This is the fifth year in a row that Michael has been selected to the Ohio Super Lawyers List.
Richard W. Schulte has been practicing personal injury law for over 25 years, and has extensive mass tort and trial practice experience. Licensed to practice in Ohio, Iowa, and Missouri, Richard handles class actions and cases involving product liability, trucking and auto accidents, and wrongful death. His professional associations include the National Trial Lawyers, American Association for Justice (AAJ), Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association, Dayton Bar Association, and Iowa State Bar Association. Richard has numerous board and committee appointments, and has done countless speaking engagements in his areas of expertise.
Dennis Mulvihill, a partner in the firm, has been selected to the Ohio Super Lawyers List every year since 2008, and was previously named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Since graduating cum laude from graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Dennis has focused primarily in the areas of products liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, and workplace injuries. Dennis has received many statewide honors.
Kesha Q. Brooks, the newest member of the Wright & Schulte team, has been named as a Rising Star on the 2023 Ohio Super Lawyers List. Kesha received her Juris Doctorate from Dayton School of Law in 2015, and focuses her practice in personal injury, auto accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and criminal law. She is passionate about ensuring justice for the most underserved populations. Kesha is also the marketing manager for the firm.
Jacob A. Gebelle has also been named as a Rising Star on the 2023 Ohio Super Lawyer List. Jacob received his J.D. with honors from Dayton School of Law in 2015. He concentrates his practice in mass tort litigation, and represents clients in cases involving defective medical devices, pharmaceutical drugs, and toxic torts.
