Wright & Schulte LLC, an Ohio personal injury law firm, has filed a civil lawsuit on behalf of the family of King Brown, a 15-month-old who died on December 11, 2016, after he was found unresponsive while in the care of a home health worker. The lawsuit alleges that Defendants departed from the accepted standards of medical care in failing to properly care for, monitor, diagnose and treat King Brown, which negligence and departure from the accepted standard of medical care resulted in severe, permanent injuries and ultimately Brown’s death.
The complaint names as defendants Dayton Children’s Hospital, Healing Touch Home Healthcare LTD and Leona Massie.
